What is a "Pack"?
Each product is sold in “Packs”
Using a mug as an example:
1 Mug = 1 piece
6 Pack = 6 mugs (all the same color unless a multi color pack is available)
12 Pack = 12 mugs (all the same color unless a multi color pack is available)
So for example when ordering:
If you want 3 mugs, (all customized the same or differently), you would order 3 of them
If on the other hand you want 6 mugs (all customized the same), you would order one 6 pack.
If you need 24 Mugs (all customized the same), you would order two 12 packs.

**IMPORTANT: DO NOT REFORMAT THE DEVICE**
Reformatting the PlayBook for any reason will result in videos not being able to play. This would effectively cause the PlayBook to become an external storage-only device with no screenplay capability. There should be no need to reformat.
File Preparation
For best results, here’s the export settings we recommend. With many types of video software and video conversion tools, you may not have options to change some of these. If you have any trouble, feel free to contact us and we can help.
Export as a .MP4
Set resolution to 1080p (1920px width)
Set bitrate from 5 to 8 Mbps (5000-8000Kbps)
Important note: anything larger than 1080p (2.5K, 4k) may not play on the PlayBook.
How to Load Videos onto PLAYBOOK
Begin by plugging in the playbook to your computer using the included USB cable. Be sure to orient the micro USB end properly before inserting. The PlayBook will mount on your desktop as an external device (much like a flash drive). This is also how the battery is charged.
Navigate and open the “PLAYBOOK” external disc (may be listed as “Untitled”). You’ll see 3 demo .MP4 files that we’ve preloaded as sample content. Move all demo files to your computer’s trash. Note: to completely remove the files, you’ll need to empty your computer’s trash/recycle bin.
Before loading video file(s), we recommend renaming them. To have the videos autoplay in a specific order when opening the PlayBook, rename the files with a sequential number prefix. (Example: 01_myvideofile.mp4, 02_myvideofile.mp4, 03_myvideofile.mp4, etc). The videos will play in order, sorted by filename.
You can load any type of files on the PlayBook, but only video files will autoplay on screen. Non-video files can easily be viewed on your computer when the PlayBook is plugged into your computer (just as you would view files on a flash drive).
Once you have loaded your file (s) onto the PLAYBOOK, be sure to remove the cable from the cable jack on the side of the unit. Failure to do so will prevent the PLAYBOOK from launching!!!
**IMPORTANT: DO NOT REFORMAT THE DEVICE**
Reformatting the PlayBook for any reason will result in videos not being able to play. This would effectively cause the PlayBook to become an external storage-only device with no screenplay capability. There should be no need to reformat.

Can I add more than 1 slideshow or video to the PLAYBOOK?
Yes! The PlayBook has either 4GB or 32GB of onboard memory meaning you can add multiple videos or slideshows as long as it fits within that capacity! The videos will play one after the other and the viewer can skip to the next video by pressing the advance video or play the previous video by pressing the previous video button.
Can I change or replace the files on my PLAYBOOK?
Changing out your video and slideshow files on the PlayBook is easy. Follow the steps below:
Plug the PlayBook into your computer using the included USB cordLocated the drive on your computer and open itSelect the video files you no longer want and delete the files. Remember that when you put something in the trash to delete it that the file still remains on the device until you empty the trash.Drag and drop the new files onto the device“Eject” the drive from the computer. Doing this give the computer a chance to finish transferring and writing any files.Unplug the PlayBook from the computer once the drive is ejected.Open the PlayBook to view the new videos!
It’s that easy!
Do I need an internet connection in order to use/view the PLAYBOOK?
Good news! The internet is not needed in order to use the PlayBook.
Think of the PlayBook as a flash drive. When you plug it isn’t a computer, you can drag and drop your videos to it. Now those files live on that device. Upon opening the PlayBook, those files will play! No internet needed!
If I add photos (not in a slideshow or video), will they autoplay?
At this time, the PlayBook can only recognize and play video files. This means if you are wanting to showcase images on the PlayBook, you’ll need to create a slideshow first!
Wait … what? Extra work!? As a photographer, is a little extra work that’s needed but we highly recommend utilizing an online platform like Animoto to create your slideshow. We recommend this as there are hundreds (if not thousands) of music files to choose from so you don’t need to worry about buying and licensing music, too. That is included! I have personally made photo slideshows with Animoto and can produce them in under 10 minutes!
Does the PLAYBOOK play sound?
The simple answer is… YES, as long as the video or slideshow has an embedded audio file.
The PlayBook is a video brochure that gives whoever is watching full control of the audio. By simply pressing the + or – on the front panel, they can increase or decrease the sound.
This means any audio file will play as long as it’s incorporated into the video or slideshow. The PlayBook cannot interpret a stand-alone audio file.
